- Do not use damaged or worn punches and regularly inspect pin punch before use.
- Avoid using wrong size punch (not too small width or too big width) because it will lead slipping and damage the pin or misalignment.
- Do not use on extremely hardened or brittle materials without proper care.
- Avoid using very soft materials like plastic or aluminum without proper care because it can leave marks on the job.
- Do not use rusted , reheat, grind, weld, or redress the drift punch.
