- Keep away from children.
- Avoid contacting with skin and eye. For skin contacted, remove the sealant by cloth, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. For eye contacted, hold eyelids apart and flush thoroughly with water, contact physician.
Application area
- Interior and exterior sealing application due to its UV, Ozone and ageing resistance characteristics.
- It cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture, forming a weather proof flexible sealant body therefore curing time could vary due to environmental conditions.
Instructions
- Wipe the metal and plastic surfaces completely to remove oil stains. Rinse all surfaces of plastic with acetone, polish the rubber surface with sandpaper, and then wipe with acetone.
- Apply the silicone adhesive evenly on the prepared object surface.
- If the two surfaces are bonded, place one side first, and then squeeze the other side with enough force to squeeze out the air, but be careful not to squeeze out the glass adhesive.
- Place the bonding device at room temperature and allow the adhesive to cure.
- When used for sealing, the above steps shall also be followed.
- Squeeze the adhesive into the joint surface or gap to make the glass adhesive fully contact the surface.
- The glass adhesive can be wiped off with cloth or paper towel before curing.
- After curing, it must be scraped off with a scraper or scrubbed with xylene, acetone and other solvents.
