- High yield
- Good stability - therefore lower formwork effort
- Does not cause corrosion on concrete steel reinforcements
- Has a neutral effect on PVC cables
- Suitable for pumping and for manual application
- Resistant to ageing
- Very good surface adhesion to steel, concrete, masonry
Proof of Performance
- Wall and ceiling ducts, fire-resistant 120 minutes Z-19.53-2298
- Wall and ceiling openings, fire-resistant Z-19.53-2499

The following dimensions are required for the application of fire protection mortar: | Technical data | Yield
Wall bulkhead | Ceiling bulkhead
Minimum thickness of component | see system A and B system specification | see system A and B system specification
Max. bulkhead size: Width Height/length
Minimum work space from cable duct to upper component reveal
Spacing between cable ducts (horizontal)
Minimum spacing between cable ducts (vertical)
Minimum spacing to next bulkhead
Raw material basis | Cement and mineral aggregates | Application temperature | ≥ 5 °C |
Shelf life | at least one year | Flexural strength | approx. 0.8-1.5 N/mm2 |
Mixing ratio | 10 kg: 3 litres | Processing time | approx. 60 minutes |
Raw density | approx. 1.05 kg ± 0.1 dm3 | Compressive strength | approx. 2.5-5.0 N/mm2 |
• Add approximately 6 litres of water to a 20 kg bag, add approximately 3 litres of water to a 10 kg bucket. • 20 kg of dry mortar will yield about 20 l of wet mortar. • Shelf life: At least one year if kept in a cool and dry place. |

Application area
For processing in the system [A] + [B] + [G2] + [H] + [B2] + [F] + [F2] + [G3] + [H1] + [H2] + [H3]
- Combination partition [A]
- Fire partition M[B]
- Pipe partition dB [G2]
- Pipe partition Z [H]
- For sealing wall and ceiling ducts with a fire resistance rating of fire-resistant and S 120 in accordance with DIN 4102, part 9, for cables, cable bundles, cable support systems and combination partitions
- The sealing allows all kinds of electrical cables and wires (including fibre optic cables), cable bundles, cable support systems, single waveguides, single wires for control purposes, electrical installation pipes, flammable and non-flammable pipes to be used. Special applications such as hydraulic hoses, double solar tubes, air-conditioning split lines, vacuum lines, pneumatic lines and gas lines are possible.
Instructions
- Add approximately 6 litres of water to a 20 kg bag, approximately 3 litres of water to a 10 kg bucket
- 20 kg of dry mortar gives about 20 L of wet mortar
