  • High yield

  • Good stability - therefore lower formwork effort

  • Does not cause corrosion on concrete steel reinforcements

  • Has a neutral effect on PVC cables

  • Suitable for pumping and for manual application

  • Resistant to ageing

  • Very good surface adhesion to steel, concrete, masonry
Proof of Performance
  • Wall and ceiling ducts, fire-resistant 120 minutes Z-19.53-2298

  • Wall and ceiling openings, fire-resistant Z-19.53-2499
Clean the opening and pre-wet the component reveal
Premix dry cement. First add water, then mortar into the mixing container. Mix for 3 minutes at 300-400 rpm.
Installation of fire protection mortar: Panel over larger ducts on one side.
Installation of post-installation wedges for subsequent installation.
Affix ID plate.
For post-installation: Use a hammer to remove the post-installation wedges.
Re-install cable: Seal remaining opening.

• Add approximately 6 litres of water to a 20 kg bag, add approximately 3 litres of water to a 10 kg bucket.
• 20 kg of dry mortar will yield about 20 l of wet mortar.
• Shelf life: At least one year if kept in a cool and dry place.
Demand assessment
Example:Cable bulkhead L x W 25 x 30 cm
Cable installation l . w approx. 10 x 7 cm
Bulkhead thickness T approx. 20 cm
F1 Cable bulkhead = L (25 cm) * W (30 cm) = 750 cm2
- [F2] Cable installation = I (10 cm) * w (7 cm) - = 70 cm2
[F] Surface to be sealed = 680 cm2
Bulkhead thickness T (20 cm) x surface to be sealed F (680 cm2) = 13,600 cm3
1 kg dry mortar =^1,000 cm3
560 cm3 = 1 kg mortar
1,000 cm3 = X

X = 13,600 x 1 = 13.6 kg dry mortar
